Marketing Executive Reporting to: Marketing Manager Overview: Grafton Recruitment are recruiting a Marketing Executive for a leading heat network energy supplier in the Greater Bradford area. Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end heat network solutions, with a nation-wide presence, over 40 years of experience in reducing carbon emissions and 200+ employees. Their client base includes local authorities, housing associations and private developers. Helping to optimise energy efficiency, manage renewable energy, and focus on well performing schemes, whilst minimising costs to the resident. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of their strategic marketing plan. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role contributes directly to business growth by executing targeted campaigns, generating qualified leads, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Supporting the business with customer communications and material Perform market analysis and research to identify product, service, and market gaps. Collaborate with external agencies (creative, PR, SEO, web, design) to deliver marketing initiatives. Design basic marketing and comms materials in line with brand guidelines Create and proofread compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email, and video. Manage and optimise social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness. Coordinate webinars, events, and exhibitions from planning to execution. Maintain and update CRM and customer databases. Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI. Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and industry best practices. Play a role in understanding the evolving needs of customers across multiple sectors Support and manage internal company events and the marketing department SharePointYou: Minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage campaigns and third-party agencies. Experience with SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media management. Proficient in digital marketing tools; experience with WordPress and HubSpot desirable. Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Excellent attention to detail Familiarity with marketing programmes and social media platforms.
