The Role
We are looking for a Business Development / Specification Executive to support London base client growth. This is a commercially focused, relationship-driven role, where you will influence specification decisions and position premium products within key London based projects. You will engage closely with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors, becoming a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor key projects within your area, engaging all relevant stakeholders involved in the buying and specification process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors
- Actively promote the brand and product portfolio within the design and construction community
- Support new business scoping and pitching, contributing to profitable sales growth
- Participate in business development initiatives, including industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector events
- Collect and share market and project intelligence, including key success factors and sector trends
