Your Mission

As General Manager, you will set the strategic direction and implement the roadmap to elevate the brand globally. You’ll oversee brand development, international expansion, category strategy, and commercial operations, ensuring the brand becomes a benchmark in luxury sleep and loungewear.

What You’ll Do

• Full P&L responsibility and delivery of profitable growth.
• Develop and execute strategies across standalone boutiques, wholesale accounts, and ecommerce channels.
• Lead category development, pricing, branding, and international expansion.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of designers, sourcing, production, marketing, digital & PR professionals.
• Optimize costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver growth across three main revenue pillars: boutiques, wholesale, and online.

Your Profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands — ideally with international exposure.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, including full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of scaling luxury brands, expanding internationally, and building high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of brand positioning, multi-channel luxury retail, and ecommerce.
• Inspirational leader who can drive results and represent a luxury brand at the highest level.
