Based in Hull
Contract role: 9 Months
Grafton Recruitment are working with a large manufacturing business to appoint a Customer Services professional to undertake a 9-10 Month maternity leave.
You will take responsibility for managing and developing the relationship with the customer on a day-to-day basis, ensuring sales orders are taken and effectively and accurately processed. You will manage the orders through the business from forecasting and stocking, through to despatch and invoicing. You will liaise with logistics to ensure product is delivered on time.
You will also be responsible for managing pricing, terms, and delivery data, as well as monthly reporting on data.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Able to work in an accurate way and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Fluent in English and fluency in an additional European language would be ideal.
- Experienced in MS Office and ideally SAP.
