A well-established Dublin main contractor is hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to drive "right first time" delivery across a busy pipeline of housing and school projects. This is a site-focused, mobile role with time split between projects and Swords HQ.
What you'll do:
- Carry out quality inspections across multiple live sites
- Inspect high-risk packages including waterproofing (roofs/balconies/wet areas) and envelope interfaces
- Manage ITPs/checklists, photo records and reporting
- Raise and close out snags/NCRs, verifying corrective works
- Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to maintain consistent standards through to handover
What we're looking for:
- Previous construction experience (site engineering, QA/QC, clerk of works, finishing foreman, etc.)
- Strong eye for detail and confidence to challenge workmanship
- Waterproofing knowledge/exposure is a strong advantage
- Full driving licence and comfortable travelling between sites
- Could suit a young engineer looking to build a career in quality
