We have an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing, dynamic company in central Manchester.
You will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. Your support will extend to HR and the management team, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational duties, all while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
Key Duties:
- Being the first point of contact for the office staff and visitors
- Typing and sending out routine correspondence on behalf of the EA, HR or Marketing team
- Minute taking as and distributing when required for meetings
- Creating / formatting presentations and documents
- Meeting room management
- Arranging hotel and travel bookings
- Supporting with recruitment of new staff – onboarding, completing pre employment checks and sending out offer letters
