Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated secretarial support to fee earners, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain efficient electronic filing systems, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and easy to access.
  • Manage incoming correspondence—emails, calls, and messages—responding appropriately and redirecting where necessary.
