A leading main contractor (Ireland & UK) is hiring a Finishing Foreman for a major £10m+ project in Galway. Join a high-performing team delivering award-winning, multi‑million‑euro builds with strong long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead finishing-stage delivery: quality, programme, site coordination and workmanship standards
  • Drive EHS compliance (inductions, RAMS, safe systems of work) and maintain high site standards
  • Manage QA/QC to the PMP/ITP, using BIM for inspections/sign-off; raise/close NCRs
  • Produce core site records: daily diaries, progress inputs and short-term subcontractor programmes
  • Support commercial controls: understanding scopes, material call-offs/GRNs, disciplined dayworks/instructions process

Requirements:

  • Construction-related degree
  • 5-10+ years with a Main Contractor in Ireland/UK on £10m+ projects
  • Strong finishing background with a focus on quality and safety
