Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive EA / Team Coordinator to support our clients UK office, with a particular focus on senior members of the Investments team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, especially when managing demanding schedules across global time zones. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy being the linchpin that keeps diaries, meetings, and logistics running seamlessly, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and PA support to senior stakeholders, including complex diary management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate meeting logistics — invitations, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Arrange international and domestic travel, process expenses, and track invoices with precision.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Collaborate on internal projects and contribute to team-wide initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide occasional reception support when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience ( 5 years minimal ) in a senior administrative, PA, or executive assistant role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars across global time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset.
