Are you a highly organised project manager with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, communication, and creativity come together? We are looking for an EMEA Event Marketing Specialist to lead the end‐to‐end operational delivery of sponsor programmes across our flagship events. This role is central to transforming signed sponsorships into seamless, high‐value partner activations. You will become the key relationship holder for sponsors throughout the execution phase, ensuring every asset is captured, every deadline is met, and every activation delivers measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sponsor Onboarding and Asset Management: You will take full ownership once contracts are signed, guiding partners through the transition from sales to execution. This includes collecting, organising, and validating all sponsor assets such as logos, company descriptions, and marketing materials.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Using a master delivery schedule, you will manage the full project timeline, ensuring all web, print, and digital deadlines are met. You will keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and on track throughout every stage of delivery.
  • Sponsor Enablement and Briefing: You will design and host detailed pre‐event briefings, including 'Know Before You Go' sessions. These sessions equip partners with everything they need for success, covering logistics, lead retrieval, operational processes, and on‐site expectations.
  • Process Innovation and Strategic Improvement: You will continuously evaluate sponsor workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline, enhance, and elevate the partner experience. Your insights will help shape smarter ways of working and improved outcomes for future events.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact, you will manage all technical and logistical queries. You'll ensure smooth communication between sponsors, internal teams, and external vendors to maintain clarity and momentum.
  • Post‐Event Reporting: Working closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to feedback analysis and performance reporting, helping inform future event strategy and supporting long‐term partner retention.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
