Our client, a respected leader in the professional services sector, is seeking a proactive and experienced PA/Secretary to support a team of fee earners on a part-time basis – 9.30 am – 2.00 pm.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to provide both personal assistant and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department and contributing to its overall success. \\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nProvide dedicated PA support to fee earners, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.\\nPrepare, format, and proofread documents and presentations to a high professional standard.\\nMaintain well-organised filing systems (electronic and hard copy), ensuring records are accurate and accessible.\\nManage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding appropriately and redirecting as needed.\\nAssist with expense claims, timesheets, and other administrative processes.\\nSupport the wider team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.\\nExperience required\\n\\nProven experience as a PA and/or Secretary, ideally within a professional services environment.\\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.\\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.\\nAble to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.\\nProactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of initiative.We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
