Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with key stakeholders across the project lifecycle-including architects, contractors, and investors-to position the company\’s materials as the preferred choice, driving profitable sales outcomes. Actively promote the company and its product portfolio within the design and architectural community, playing a central role in business development and project acquisition (new business) Participate in business development initiatives within the designated territory, including attendance at industry trade fairs, networking events, and sector-specific exhibitions. Continuously build knowledge of the project-based sales environment, including key success factors, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Key Competencies & Soft Skills: Prior Sales, BD or Specification Manager experience Accustomed to working to targets and KPI\’s Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
