This is a hands-on Office Administrator role within a collaborative manufacturing business, reporting to the Commercial Manager. The role supports the sales and leadership team by owning CRM data, Excel-based reporting, pipeline visibility, and office administration. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and reporting while also supporting day-to-day sales operations in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain CRM data accuracy, ensuring pipeline information is current and reliable.
- Produce and maintain CRM reports for sales pipeline, forecasting, and delivery tracking.
- Filter, analyse, and present information within CRM and reporting tools as part of regular pipeline updates.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Take ownership of delivery tracking, including chasing manufacturers and coordinating with Holliers and other third-party providers.
- Upload and manage quotes, pricing information, and sales documentation.
- Support order processing and administration with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Support delivery forecasting in coordination with sales and operations teams.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and management.
- Support general office administration including suppliers and facilities.
- Operate within a compliance-aware environment including health and safety best practices.
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email with a customer-first approach.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Confident use of CRM systems and ownership of data.
- Experience producing pipeline reports, forecasts, or structured updates.
- Strong IT literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
