Administrator Contract: Temporary ongoing Hours: 9am-5pm Location: Immingham Pay rate: Β£12.21 p/h Grafton Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator, to provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the team. The Administrator will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Roles and responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Assist with the organisation of events, meetings, and training sessions. Liaise with other departments and external contacts as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. You will need: Proven experience in an administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
