Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a key leadership role across their organisation. This position blends strategic HR expertise with hands-on operational management, supporting Directors to ensure smooth, compliant, and people-focused operations. An excellent opportunity for a proactive HR leader who thrives in a varied, people-centred role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, advising managers on employment law, policies, and best practice
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff development
- Oversee workforce planning, staffing structures, and financial administration
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and regulatory standards
- Produce HR and business data reports to support decision making
- Champion a positive, inclusive culture across multiple sites
Experience required:
- Strong HR management experience (HR Manager/Business Partner level)
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident handling ER cases and supporting managers
- Skilled in operational planning, compliance, and data reporting
- Experience in healthcare, care, education, or other regulated people-focused environments is highly relevant
- CIPD Level 5/7 desirable
