We are seeking an experienced helpdesk or service desk coordinator based in YATE, Bristol.
Iniotially 6 month temporray role to start immediately.
Work from home 1 day a week, 4 days in office.
The role of Service Coordinator will be to join a small, friendly team to provide exceptional levels of customer service to key existing customers.
- You will handle a variety of telephone and email queries including emergency callouts.
- Coordinate essential equipment deliveries and emergency orders.
- Be the primary contact between customers and internal teams.
- Help manage an online helpdesk, where customers can log various types of enquiries and requests.
- Accurately record key activities.
The ideal Service Coordinator will have
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A positive attitude towards solving a variety of complex queries in a fast-paced role.
- Able to conduct inline client meetings (training and assistance provided)
- Previous solid 2+ years in a similar role within a call centre or similar office environment
IT literacy, in particular with Excel and Outlook. Experience working with Sap would be an advantage.
