Grafton Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to join our client based in Stafford, who will be responsible to lead and execute a global rebranding initiative for the Grid Automation business. This initiative will encompass application firmware, hardware and software platforms, physical casings for products, packaging and all associated documentation to ensure consistency with the brand guidelines.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Rebranding Project Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end rebranding roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, engineering, operations, product management and branding to ensure a cohesive rollout.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and asset delivery.
- Set up training and guidance to sales teams and customer-facing functions to ensure smooth adoption of new branding.
- Ensure project milestone are tracked, risk assessment and issue resolved to stay on track and within scope.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, in global, matrixed organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong focus on service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience managing B2B rebranding projects within technology, industrial, or energy sector company is desirable.
