Project Administrator
Inverness area
£19-£23 per hour – 38 hours per week
3-year contract starting in November 2025
Grafton Recruitment is partnering with an established company that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a three-year contract basis.
As a Project Administrator, you will provides a wide range of administrative and executive support and facilitates agenda, travel, communications, engagement, and related items.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Project Administrator:
- You will work independently on projects.
- Provide extensive administrative support.
- You will act as a point of contact for visitors.
- Coordination and support of departmental initiatives.
- Execute all process related tasks & coordination.
- Complex calendar management and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Scheduling and planning internal and external meetings.
- Engagement events planning and coordination.
- Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets.
- Experience with document control.
- Responsible for tracking and ordering consumables for office and warehouse.
- Creation of the Purchase Request and the Good receipt.
- Scheduling of Site inductions and issuance of Terminal credentials in close coordination with EHS team and Port security
THE CANDIDATE:
- You will have a minimum of 2-3 years\’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.
- Bachelor\’s degree
- Experience working on complex projects, marine/operations experience preferred.
