What Youâll Do
- Lead Sponsorship Strategy & Growth
- Shape the EMEA sponsor prospectus, pricing and value proposition alongside global and regional partner teams.
- Build and nurture strong partner relationships to grow sponsorship revenue.
- Identify, research and qualify new sponsorship opportunities aligned to our brand and worldâclass Data & AI events.
- Pitch new concepts, expand package offerings and drive upsell/crossâsell opportunities.
- Own Sponsor Contracts & Billing
- Streamline the contract process by collaborating closely with legal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain EMEAâapproved sponsor contract templates.
- Oversee endâtoâend billing: communications, contract accuracy, signatures, invoicing and documentation management.
- Deliver WorldâClass Sponsor Experience
- Manage onboarding, contracts and renewals across multiple sponsors simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact - ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
- Collect and organise sponsor assets (logos, decks, headshots, contact details).
- Work with event leads to brief sponsors effectively, hosting KBYG/Q&A sessions for each city.
- Ensure every deliverable is met accurately and on schedule.
- Track satisfaction, measure performance, and produce insightful postâevent reports.
