We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airline Account Executive (Contract) to support the Northern Europe Flights team. The role will include supporting and executing promotional, operational and commercial initiatives. Working with internal and external contacts to build relationships and accelerate growth. This role plays a key part in driving revenue generation within the flights business through account coordination, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of airline partner accounts, including coordination of ongoing commercial agreements and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and tracking of commercial deals, marketing campaigns, and performance activities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with airline partners, supporting both operational and commercial communications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support data-driven commercial decision-making.
- Ensure timely follow-up on partner requests and internal action items.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in an Airline, OTA (Online Travel Agency), Travel Agency, or GDS environment is advantageous; strong internship experience will be considered.
- Basic understanding of the travel industry and airline distribution landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
