Grafton Medical Partners are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner (Salaried GP) to join our practice based in Tooting, South London.
Main duties of the job

Grafton Medical Partners is a busy, forward-thinking PCN made up of Trevelyan House Surgery, MacMillan Way Surgery and Upper Tooting Surgery serving a shared population of around 45,000 patients. We value staff development, training, and excellent patient care and have a long-established training practice at Trevelyan House. We strive to provide supportive and friendly working environment for our staff and in turn, we provide a warm and welcoming service to our patients. At Grafton Medical Partners, our doctors are supported by a number of ARRS roles including Care Co‑ordinators, Pharmacists, FCPs, Paramedics and a Social Prescriber.
Job responsibilities
- Provide High-Quality Primary Care: Conduct face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver high standards of patient‑centred care.
- Assess, Diagnose, And Manage Patients Independently: Make autonomous clinical decisions, prescribe safely, and make referrals to appropriate services when required.
- Maintain Safe and Effective Clinical Practice: Complete clinical correspondence and records accurately, and work in line with our policies and the GMC Code of Practice.
- Work Collaboratively: Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to Practice Development: Support QOF achievement, participate and improve practice initiatives, and maintain ongoing professional learning and development.
Person Specification
Experience
- Experience as a General Practitioner or in a similar primary care role.
- Experience with EMIS in a clinical environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in patient care across various settings such as nursing homes, senior care facilities, hospice environments, and home care services.
