An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People and Culture Manager to join an organisation undergoing a period of significant change. Working closely with a newly appointed CEO, this role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering a renewed People agenda and supporting a broader cultural transformation.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to driving behavioural change across the management population, ensuring leadership capability, accountability and consistency are strengthened across the organisation. You will lead the review and improvement of people policies and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose, clearly understood and effectively embedded.
A key focus of the role will be to assess the capability, structure and ways of working within the People team, identifying areas for development and ensuring the function is equipped to support both immediate priorities and longer-term organisational goals. Acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO and senior leaders, you will play a visible and influential role during this period of transition.
This role is offered initially as a six-month contract, with a genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position. The successful candidate will bring energy, credibility and a pragmatic mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery. The role requires three to four days per week based on site in West London.
