HR Business Partner – to £85,000 plus bonus + bens
We are delighted to be partnering a global financial services firm, who is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team as an HR Business Partner. This role will work alongside the other HR Business Partners in the team to support the businesses both within London and internationally.
This will be a true HR generalist role, working on all aspects of HR and ensuring a high-quality service is offered to the business which is in line with the HR brand. You will provide expert advice on areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition and HR policy and process. You will also assist with the annual remuneration review process, contribute to the renewal of their employee benefits arrangements and continually improve HR data integrity and deliver reports when required.
Through working closely with the business, you will act as a true business partner, offering expert HR advice within a regulated environment. You will need to be effective work on operational HR matters, whilst also offering more strategic and tactical HR advice to key stakeholders when necessary. As you will be part of a small team, this person will need to thrive working in a changing environment, where you can continuously improve efficiencies and effectively be hands-on and adaptable.
Previous experience within a financial services organisation will be essential. A strong analytical mindset, an ability to work with ambiguity and someone who is resourceful, will be essential skills for this opportunity, within this growing and challenging business environment.
Please note, you will be required to visit their office 4 days a week, which is based in the City
