HR Manager (Part-Time)

HR Manager (Part-Time) We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation in Reading to recruit an experienced part-time HR Manager. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this is a broad, hands-on generalist role with responsibility for supporting managers and ensuring effective HR processes are embedded across the organisation. The role will cover the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, policies and procedures, performance management and providing practical advice and guidance to managers. You will also support the continued development and effective use of the organisation's HR system, alongside HR reporting and people data. We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who is comfortable working autonomously and providing pragmatic advice within a smaller organisation. You will need strong employee relations knowledge, excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with managers at all levels. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience would be advantageous, together with previous experience within a charity, not-for-profit or similarly values-led environment.
