Resourcing Coordinator (12 month contract) Our client is a highly reputable professional services business who are looking to recruit a Resourcing Coordinator to support their Head of Fee Earning Operations and Resourcing with day-to-day resourcing, internal communications and supporting the integration of a new resource management platform across the business. Regarding resource management, you will provide managers with support on resourcing and allocating appropriate employees for matters by understanding their capabilities and capacity. This will include allocating fee-earners to matters according to their previous experience, skillset, interests and capacity and identifying, communicating and managing potential resourcing conflicts. You will also monitor and report on work allocation on current matters, capacity, utilisation, and upcoming projects, whilst assisting in the planning and allocation of future/pipeline matters. In addition to this you will be assisting with the roll out of the new platform and becoming an expert in the new technology. This will include supporting the training of staff on the new platform and helping with the internal communications and updates across the business.
