Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a proactive branch leader to steer a delivery team consisting of HGV & Van Drivers, Pickers and Loaders. You will plan outbound deliveries, ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to quality standards, and coach your team to improve performance.
In this role you’ll drive safe operations, monitor delivery performance, and collaborate with the wider branch management team to support customer service, profitability and loyalty. 37.5 hours per week.
