What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep product listings accurate and up to date with the right descriptions, specifications, images, data sheets, pricing, and brand details.
  • Craft clear, concise, and SEO-friendly product copy that drives engagement.
  • Optimise listings for accuracy, searchability, and conversion to deliver a compelling customer experience.
  • Configure search and merchandising settings—such as synonyms, facets, and filters—to improve product discoverability and usability.
  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to create content that enhances the customer journey and strengthens internal relationships.
  • Partner with buying and merchandising teams to ensure products are presented effectively and aligned with business objectives.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to refresh and improve product data regularly.
  • Develop optimised long‑form content for category, promotional, and informational pages to boost SEO and conversions.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring tone of voice consistency across all website content.
  • Upload new products, manage categories, and maintain product hierarchies.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and product‑related queries.
  • Stay informed on trade industry trends and best practices in digital copywriting and SEO.
  • The contracted hours for this role are 37.5 per week, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 17:00pm.
