What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting with the creation of organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube etc.) including copywriting, video and asset briefs and visual storytelling.
  • Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with our performance marketing agency, including ad copy, targeting, and creative direction.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for our YouTube channel, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Manage the Google Business Profiles for all 75 stores to improve visibility and customer engagement across all locations.
  • Manage a strategic, multi-channel content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal trends and business objectives, ensuring consistent, timely and engaging content delivery across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to develop key internal stakeholder relationships as well as external stakeholders such as content creators, designers and our agency to create engaging content.
  • Stay up to date with Trade industry updates, platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices to ensure ongoing innovation and relevance.
  • Engage with the Trade community, responding to comments/messages and proactively managing brand reputation.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform strategy and positioning.

The contracted hours for this role are 37 or more.
