Selco Builders Warehouse is hiring to lead a high‑performing delivery team, including HGV and van drivers and pickers/loaders. You’ll plan outbound deliveries, ensure on‑time, in‑full orders, and oversee safe loading and loading accuracy.
You will drive delivery performance, safety, and cost controls while coaching the team to build capability and achieve targets. You’ll support branch operations as senior on duty, working 37.5 hours weekly.
