What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing support to banking queries from stores and other stakeholders via email/phone
- Reconciliation of key bank accounts
- Groundwork for bank account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences
- Administer bank downloads and complete control checks
- Involved with month-end routines including posting of journals
- Raising purchase orders for banking services
- Investigate chargebacks with banks and stores
- Verifying and raising payment requests
- Cover and support for Banking Supervisor
This is a part-time role and the working hours are 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Need
- Experience of working within a similar administrative role
- Professional telephone and email manner to support store queries
- Experience in reconciling bank accounts would be an advantage
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data
- A desire to learn and develop
