What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing support to banking queries from stores and other stakeholders via email/phone
  • Reconciliation of key bank accounts
  • Groundwork for bank account reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences
  • Administer bank downloads and complete control checks
  • Involved with month-end routines including posting of journals
  • Raising purchase orders for banking services
  • Investigate chargebacks with banks and stores
  • Verifying and raising payment requests
  • Cover and support for Banking Supervisor

This is a part-time role and the working hours are 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience of working within a similar administrative role
  • Professional telephone and email manner to support store queries
  • Experience in reconciling bank accounts would be an advantage
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data
  • A desire to learn and develop
