This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands‑on HRIS experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in HR technology and process improvement. Please note: This is not a data science, software development, or general IT analyst position. Experience with HRIS or HR technology is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Enhancements: Assist with the implementation and configuration of new HRIS modules, upgrades, and integrations.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain and deliver standard HR system reports and dashboards; ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data (no advanced analytics or programming required).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency through better use of HR technology.
  • Project Involvement: Support HRIS projects, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and system rollouts.
  • User Support & Training: Act as a key contact for HR system users, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective system use.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR system processes comply with GDPR, company policies, and relevant legislation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams to understand and deliver on business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HR technology trends and suggest relevant improvements to enhance our HR systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years’ hands‑on experience administering and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar) in a medium or large organisation.
  • Technical Skills: Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting HR systems, including user management and troubleshooting.
  • HR Data Management: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Experience resolving HRIS system issues and supporting end users.
  • Project Support: Experience supporting HRIS upgrades, module implementations, or integrations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to train and support HR system users and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative approach with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams.
  • Compliance: Understanding of HR data privacy, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
  • Interest in Innovation: Keen to stay current with HR technology trends and best practices.

Desirable

  • Experience leading or supporting HRIS projects.
  • Degree or professional qualification in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR data privacy and compliance.
  • Experience with process mapping or workflow design.
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools in HR (not essential).

Why Join Us?

  • Impactful Work: Your expertise will directly improve how we manage and deliver HR services across the business.
  • Growth & Development: You’ll have opportunities to expand your skills in HR technology, process improvement, and HR data management.
