What You’ll Be Doing
- Support stores and customers with credit account applications/queries including credit checks and set credit limits ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant legislation and third‑party policies so that insured debts are compliant.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts including proactive debt collection (via all forms of communication) and escalating accounts to debt collection or legal action where necessary.
- Provide a professional and effective credit control service for the various stakeholders and build relationships with the stores so that we are better equipped to support credit accounts.
- Collaborate as a team to resolve account issues, improve customer experience, and deliver process improvements across the function.
- Any other ad hoc duties to support the Support Centre functions.
- To undertake any other duties, activities, projects outside their job role that may be assigned to you from time to time, to support the needs of the business.
What You'll Need
