As a Group HR Systems & Data Associate, you’ll play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and developing our integrated HR IT systems. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with HR technology, data management, and process improvement, while working closely with experienced professionals across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a degree (in any discipline) who is keen to learn, grow, and develop a career in HR systems and data—even if you have little or no prior experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support System Development: Help implement new HR system modules and upgrades across the Group
  • Contribute to Projects: Take part in projects to develop and maintain system data structures, workflows, and security settings
  • System Administration: Assist with data uploads, cleansing, integrity checks, and user access management
  • Troubleshoot & Support: Provide first-line support for system issues, escalating technical problems as needed
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements to HR processes and procedures
  • Reporting: Support the creation and maintenance of HR reports using various reporting tools
  • Training & Documentation: Help develop user guides and deliver training to colleagues
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes meet GDPR, company policies, and legal requirements
