As a Group HR Systems & Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and development of our integrated HR IT systems. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and L&D teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and provide actionable insights that help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Support: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for group-wide HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • System Enhancements: Assist with the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards. Analyse data to provide insights for the business.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Project Involvement: Support HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout.
  • User Support & Training: Act as a key contact for HR system users, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and training.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR system processes comply with GDPR, company policies, and relevant legislation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams to understand and deliver on business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HR technology trends, including AI and automation, and suggest relevant improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in an HRIS role, ideally within a medium or large organisation.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide clear insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Experience troubleshooting and resolving system or data issues.
  • Project Support: Experience supporting HR technology projects.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Interest in Innovation: Keen to learn about emerging HR technologies, including AI tools and automation.
  • Degree or professional qualification in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR data privacy and compliance.
  • Experience with process mapping or workflow design.
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools in HR.
