We acquire established lettings books and rebuild them as AI-native operations β where the technology handles the reconciliation, the statements, the compliance chasing and the admin, and the people do what people are actually for: landlords, judgement, growth, and getting it right.
We have the capital to buy and scale fast. The first acquisitions are underway, and we want the operator who'll run them β and grow into leading the group nationally.
What you'll do
- Take operational ownership of our first acquired office(s) β the book, the team, the landlords, the service.
- Be the accountable, human face of the business, while an AI-native operating system takes the manual work off your desk.
- Set the standard for how a transformed, modern agency runs β then help roll it out across every agency we acquire.
- Grow into a group leadership role as we scale.
You
- An experienced lettings branch/office manager β or a senior lettings manager/valuer ready for the step up β who's run a book, led a team, and carried the P&L.
- Ambitious and a little frustrated: you've outgrown "manager," and you want to build and lead, not maintain.
- Genuinely energised by technology and what AI can do for this industry β you're the one in the office sick of the legacy systems and itching for what's possible instead.
- Commercial, hands-on, trusted by landlords, and straight with people. ARLA/Propertymark welcome; drive, judgement and integrity matter more.
