Temporary Finance Assistant Education Sector Experience Required

Grafton Banks Finance are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a dynamic team in an educational environment, for a business based in East Sussex. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial and operational functions for the business, for a short-term temporary period. Key responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices Authorising and processing payments Handing petty cash, including maintaining records Updating the Asset Register Maintaining financial records Overseeing financial administration Ad hoc support for financial projects Skills and Experience: Previous experience in financial administration, ideally within an educational setting.
