Grafton Banks Finance are working with a Global Commercial Financial Services company with offices in the Crawley, West Sussex area to recruit a Tax Analyst on a full-time permanent basis offering Hybrid working 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Reporting into the Head of Tax and working within a small friendly team you will support with the accurate and timely production of tax reporting for different business entities and play a part in tax related projects and groups. You will be a tax reporting subject matter expert, assisting the team with responsibility for a variety of Tax client and regulatory reporting activities, ensuring these are carried out efficiently and to a high professional standard.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on production of UK Tax Packs, Profit/Loss Reports, Securities Transaction Lists, UK Income Statements and global income statements (working with IT department and our third-party vendor).
  • Assist with Qualified Intermediary (QI) Reporting for all Companies.
  • Process CRS and FATCA reporting.
  • Extract data from T24 and prepare dividend reports for withholding tax reclaim purposes.
  • Respond to client enquiries and act as a first point of contact for queries from other teams.
  • Weekly control of undocumented clients holding US securities as well as positions on segregated accounts and opening of segregated accounts.
