Lead the provision of strategic finance business partnering support to identify and develop projects and new initiatives. Support the development of a portfolio of income generating initiatives. Work with senior leaders to generate new business opportunities and improve performance of existing activity and projects. Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Experience working in Education sector Change management experience in a complex organisation Experience with a Planning Tool. Experienced at managing or leading a high performing team comprised of experienced qualified accounting professionals. You will need to live in West or East Sussex to be considered for this role.
