Grafton Banks Finance is working with an award-winning business in Reigate to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the business, you will support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and decision-making, while building strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders across the business.
You'll gain exposure to pricing, margin and cost analysis, take ownership of defined areas of the P&L, and work closely with senior finance leadership. With a mix of FP&A, reporting and operational finance, this role offers genuine variety and the chance to develop in a visible, business-facing position.
We are looking for a newly qualified accountant, either making their first move into industry from practice, or qualified in industry and looking for their next opportunity. A strong educational background is advantageous. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, has initiative, and wants to add value. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
The role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week in the offices. Salary is circa £60,000 + benefits including 10% bonus, private healthcare, enhanced pension, and 25 days holiday.
