Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting an experienced Management Accountant for a client based near Eastbourne, East Sussex. Our client is looking for a part-qualified professional (either qualified by experience or currently pursuing ACCA/CIMA studies) to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role involves a broad range of responsibilities and will require full-time office attendance. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts and cash flow reports for the East Sussex office, along with several subsidiaries within the group. Management of the purchase ledger, including approving payments and performing reconciliations. Supporting the month-end close process. Overseeing fixed asset management. Allocating revenue and expenses across the group. Reconciliation of intercompany transactions. Providing ad-hoc financial support across the finance department and the wider group. Essential Requirements: Ability to start with a one-month notice period (or sooner). Proven experience in a Management Accountant role. Commutable to the office on a daily basis (please note, this is an office-based role with no hybrid working options). Desired skills include proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with the confidence to work independently while also supporting the broader team as required.
