Grafton Banks Finance are working with a growing commercial company with offices in the Epsom, Surrey area to recruit a Finance Operations Manager on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Finance and board level representatives you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable and Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable teams within the business. This will also include managing processes and controls and reporting strategies alongside IT processes to operate a successful smooth operation within the finance operations side of the business. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Oversee and support on the day-to-day AP/AR/CC finance activities, ensuring that financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently Support the team leads in team management, metrics, management reports Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, external audits, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvements and process controls Business partner with key stakeholders of the business around key operations metrics and compliances around AP/AR/CC Support and manage group projects around the smooth operations of the Accounts Payable, Credit control and Accounts receivable Manage staff appraisals and one to ones including meetings and team support Work with internal and external auditors with risk management and compliance processes The successful candidate w…
