Crawley, West Sussex (3 days per week on-site) £85-120,000 plus up to 20% bonus and great benefits. We are exclusively recruiting a new Finance Director for a dynamic and growing SME (part of a larger organisation) in Crawley, West Sussex (3 days onsite). The role partners the MD and board to drive strategic growth and revenue, and take full responsibility for all financial aspects of the business, as well as some non-finance areas.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to Board Level leadership of the firm.
  • Accountable for finance and non-finance teams.
  • Lead on complex financial technical challenges, including IFRS financial reporting and revenue recognition.
  • Oversee monthly and annual reporting, the annual budget process, ensuring financial regulations and standards, and managing legal and financial risk.
  • Lead and develop staff, fostering a high-performance and ethical work environment.

Essential experience required:

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Currently Finance Director in high value manufacturing sector with non-recurring engineering costs. (please detail on the cv)
  • Must have experience of reporting to a parent company.
  • Current experience of IFRS financial reporting and revenue recognition.
  • SME experience (please include revenues on each role on your cv).

This is a super opportunity with a growing business and outstanding SLT.
