We are exclusively recruiting for a new strategic Finance Director for a dynamic and growing business near Brighton (3 days onsite). The role partners the MD and board to drive strategic growth and revenue and take full responsibility for all financial aspects of the business, as well as some non-finance areas.
Role responsibilities include:
- Contributing to Board Level leadership of the firm.
- Accountable for finance and non-finance teams.
- Lead on FP&A delivery, using financial models to build commercial business cases to support business growth.
- Oversee monthly and annual reporting, and the annual budget process.
- Provide strategic and commercial insight to other business areas and the Managing Director.
- Lead and develop a team of 6 staff, fostering a high-performance and ethical work environment.
Essential experience required:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Currently Head of FP&A or commercial Finance Director/ Head of Finance.
- The client is looking for someone recently appointed or stepping up to the Finance Director level.
- Industry experience from E-Commerce, retail, or FMCG will be looked on very favourably (include sector and annual revenues information on cv).
- Expansive evidence of having commercial impact on an SME (evidenced on your cv).
- Candidates should live in West or East Sussex due to the 3 days onsite element (near Brighton). Please include home location on your cv to be considered.
This is a super opportunity with a growing business and outstanding SLT. Β£90-100,000 p/a plus 10% bonus and benefits package.
