Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Clerk/Administrator for one of the fastest growing businesses based in Eastbourne. They are seeking a meticulous and organised individual with excellent attention to detail to join their fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in completing the following duties:

  • Communication: Answering phones and emails, acting as a first point of contact, and corresponding with clients and internal teams.
  • Completing administrative tasks including scanning, answering emails, sorting, scanning, and distributing post.
  • Record Management: Filing documents, updating databases, and maintaining organized office records.
  • Office Operations: Ordering and managing office supplies and resources.
  • Review outstanding invoices and aged debt reports.
  • Track payment patterns and identify overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile customer statements and ledgers.
  • Identify and correct billing or payment errors.
  • Support & Collaboration: Assisting managers and team members with administrative tasks.
