The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the finance operations, including high-volume invoice and payment processing, administrative tasks, and managing queries. Main duties will include:
- Processing daily invoices, expenses, and payments
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with month-end journal preparations
- Managing expense claims, voucher requests, and petty cash administration
- Supporting CIS procedures and compliance
- Recording transactions and generating financial reports
- Managing finance inbox and queries
- Ad hoc finance administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role
- Knowledge of CIS and VAT return processes
- Ability to start immediately or on short notice
- Ability to commute to the Eastbourne area on a hybrid basis
