Grafton Banks are currently working with a well‑respected company with offices based in West Malling, Kent to recruit a Data and GDPR Analyst on a hybrid working basis.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Undertake mapping to record how data is processed, stored, and shared
  • Investigate and collate information about data incidents and customer requests
  • Maintain a positive data protection culture within the organisation
  • Implement the requirements of the UK data protection regulations
  • Create and maintain data protection procedures and assessments
  • Support the business with data protection enquiries and training

Ideal candidate

  • Someone who understands DSARs, DPIAs, LIAs and RoPAs, the regulatory requirements and the principles that sit at the heart of them
  • A self‑starter that enjoys working with various stakeholders in an ever‑changing regulatory landscape
  • A keen willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Someone who can multi‑task and prioritise their workload
