This growing organisation offers outstanding benefits and largely remote working (with occasional office meetings).

The main purpose of this role is to business partner with many different teams to map, end-to-end, processes around data - completing a full gap analysis - and then fix those data issues, within this highly complex business. The role holder will appeal to someone who is highly motivated to resolve issues, get their hands dirty and sort problems out.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Support the global budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning cycles
  • Support the UK finance team in continual development of improved analysis, insight and reporting
  • You’ll challenge assumptions and influence outcomes at a senior level, escalating only the most exceptional matters to your line manager
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Senior Leadership Team

This is a highly visible role spanning business analysis, process improvement, strategic finance and decision support. The successful candidate will need to be a business analyst:

  • Qualified or Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with Advanced Excel – being able to build financial models in Excel for others to use.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, ideally from a multi-site group
  • You will need strong evidence of improving processes around data in a complex environment

In return, you’ll be offered a competitive salary and bonus, along with excellent employee benefits. Your CV should demonstrate evidence of both Finance Business Partnering and improving processes around data in a complex environment. You’ll need to live in the south of England to be considered for this role.

If you’d like to know more, please send a CV to with your home location. Please note that CVs without a location cannot be considered.
