Grafton Banks Finance are seeking a dedicated Training Assistant to support course coordination, bookings, and customer enquiries in Wimbledon. The client we are supporting is a growing and exciting business, who are in office on a hybrid basis. They are open to someone either full or part time for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions with tutors and delegates
  • Manage bookings via email, phone, and CRM systems
  • Upload courses and updates to websites and platforms
  • Assist with webinar content and materials
  • Handle enquiries, promote courses, and support delivery
  • Manage invoicing, receipts, and basic financial reporting
