Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with an established PE‑backed education business in West Sussex to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role will lead the provision of strategic finance business partnering support, identify and develop projects and new initiatives, support the development of a portfolio of income‑generating initiatives, and work with senior leaders to generate new business opportunities and improve the performance of existing activities and projects.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience working in Education sector or Healthcare
- Change management experience in a complex organisation
- Experience with a Planning Tool
- Experienced at managing or leading a high performing team comprised of experienced qualified accounting professionals
