Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing SME manufacturing business near Poole to recruit a new Financial Controller.
This role will lead month end accounting and financial reporting, driving the implementation of improved processes and controls with the CFO.
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience, with SME exposure and familiarity with Sage 50/200, is ideal.
Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and potential 4-day-week flexibility.
